This brand-new apartment located in the Herzog & de Meuron’s downtown masterpiece, 56 Leonard required customization to reflect the owner’s personality and aesthetic. Our goal was to highlight the beautiful architecture of cantilevered glass, sculptured surfaces and vertical expression while maintaining the client’s desire to make the space more unique and personal. We installed track lighting, chandeliers, built-in cabinetry, decorative paint effects, wallpaper, tile and window treatments to highlight the ethereal beauty of the city while tying to tie together all of the aesthetics. Our biggest challenge was create window treatments that provide privacy to our clients while maintaining the amazing view.
